Meet Our Team

The Women’s Centre Glasgow is governed by a fantastic Board made up of the organisation Chair, Treasurer and Directors who oversee and manage our funding responsibilities.

Our Board of Directors

In all of our work, we focus on securing social and economic equality for all groups of women in Glasgow. We aim to ensure women’s rights are realised regardless of ability, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or background. Our board consists of representatives from community organisations, however we would welcome applications from other unrelated sectors that could help us diversify and add to our skillset.

  • Centre Manager

Our manager implements and evaluates the work of the centre on behalf of the Board; fulfilling our mission of empowering women and ensuring the sustainability of the Centre for the future.

  • Crèche Director

I manage our crèche facility, in line with Care Inspectorate regulations; managing staff, ensuring children have access to fun and stimulating activities and most importantly building relationships with the children, parents and carers. I also direct baby classes and and here to support children and carers should any issues arise.

  • Finance Officer

The manager of all financial matters here at The Women’s Centre who’s role is to ensure that, as a registered charitable organisation, all of our income and spending is regulated and properly managed to benefit our workers and most importantly, our community.
