  • Louise MOFFITT

    Women and Families Worker

Hi, I am Louise and I am the Women and Families project worker at the Women’s Centre.

In my role I manage the Crèche service, our School Holiday programme and I also facilitate the Mother and Baby programme.

This includes activities such as our Young Mums Support Group, Baby Massage and Infant Feeding Support group.

I am passionate about supporting mums in their motherhood journey from pre-birth and beyond.

  • Janine FEARN

    Wellbeing Programmer

I am Janine, the Wellbeing Programmer at The Women’s Centre.

It is my job to provide activities that promote better mental and physical health for our members. I am here to listen to your ideas and feedback and create a diverse programme that will inspire and educate as well as being fun and a welcome break from life’s challenges and responsibilities.

I love getting to know all of our members and their amazing array of talents and skills, and every day I am blown away by their resilience and strength. When I’m not at the Women’s Centre you might find me out on a run, reading a good book or having a boogie!

  • Leah MILLER-BIOT

    Volunteer Coordinator

Hi I’m Leah, I joined the centre in November 2024 as a dedicated volunteer coordinator.

I’m passionate about volunteering and the benefits it can bring to people and their communities, and I’m excited to draw on my experience in employability to develop a great programme.

I’m especially excited about our garden and I’m building a team of volunteers to develop it into a space for wildlife, learning, wellbeing and play.

  • Sai JEEJULA

    Finance Officer

Hi, I’m Sai, the Finance Officer at The Women's Centre.

Money matters, and I make sure every Pound is accounted for! From daily expenses to year-end reports, I handle every cash-related transaction to keep our finances in check. My role is more than just numbers, it's about making sure every donation and every Pound is used to create the biggest impact for the women we support.

I love knowing that my work helps turn generosity into real impact. At the end of the day, a well-managed budget means more lives changed, and that’s what keeps me going!

  • Shirin ALSAYEDNOOR

    Women's Advocacy Worker

Hello, I am Shirin, the Women's Advocacy Worker at the Women's Centre.

I can support you holistically to improve your life standards by ensuring financial, emotional, and physical wellbeing is being optimised. I do this through applying for benefits to maximise your income or if you are experiencing debt I can contact relevant agencies to get it rectified. I can support you if you are going through domestic abuse and would like to leave and also if you are experiencing difficulties with your council tax or housing.

I have delivered training in universities, corporate, and third sector organisations on financial wellbeing and women's health issues like the menopause and pelvic organ prolapse  so if you have any queries regarding that please get in touch.

I will strive my utmost to empower you by teaching you of your legal and human rights.

Spending the last 5 years working in the third sector supporting indivuals who had experienced FGM and HIV, domestic abuse survicors, young carers, and families living well under the poverty line has developed my knowledge and udnerstanding of these issues which has enhanced my care and support for women in the community.
