Daily Prompts
Give yourself little tasks to do on a daily basis by using promps on your calendar. It is a good way to help you feel connected and focussed.
Download the example calendar page to help you plan your own prompts each day. This can be a simple breathing exercise 3 times a day, to a 20 minute walk, or just make sure you got out of bed before a certain time.
